Delighted to be part of the team that’s been awarded the tender for the Wild Orkney Video Podcasts commissioned by RSPB Orkney. The project  is to make four seasonal films promoting Orkney as a wildlife watching destination. It will be production managed by Cinecosse and I’ll be editing footage shot by director/cameraman Raymond Besant. Born in Orkney, Raymond’s first film ‘The Flying Dustbin’ documented the problems the Fulmar faces from plastic pollution and won several international wildlife filmmaking awards. He also has cinematography credits on BBC Springwatch, Natural World and Panorama films, as well as the recently aired BBC series ‘The Great British Year‘. Delivery is for Autumn 2014.

Find out more about Raymond on his website, blog and Facebook.
